Hung Ca company takes place the competition of good skill 2009
Representatives of labor agencies of Dong Thap province, Thanh Binh labor agencies, representatives of local authorities, the board of management and more than 1,800 official staff of Hung Ca have attended.
After the opening speech of Mr Tran Van Hung, President of the board of management of Hung Ca, the competition began in the respective contents: fillet, trimming, final product, etc. Nearly 300 workers who are representatives of good labors in stages of production attended the competitions coming between music acts. Competitors attending the competition quickly proved their skills through fast, sharp and professional actions. And gradually, final products which met the demands of the competition and also standards of Hung Ca company: safety-hygiene, capacity, good appearance… appeared.
After 4 hours of competing, “gold, silver and bronze hands” of Hung Ca company had their owners. The result of the competition was also what Board of Administration wanted. Most of competitors are very confidential with the company and they are trained and always try their best in their daily jobs.
Along with the competition of skill, football tournament was also very active in male and female content. Sportsmanship of the company was proved not only through team’s enthusiasm but also through the supporters outside with the slogan of Hung Ca company “ Hung Ca company- hard workers-good players”.
At the end of the game, the organization board rewarded 60 award with the value of 100 million. On behalf of the management board, Mr Tran Van Han- Director of Finance expressed his conclusion speech: “The competition has brought chances for managing staff, workers of Hung Ca to show their best skills and prove their teamwork. The board of management hopes that this competition will promote the spirit of the company ‘s staff. This is what is more important to improve Hung Ca brand which has just appeared for 3 years but quickly proved its position on market”.
