Van Y Corp trains its 500 new workers
In the last 2 months of 2010 and 3 beginning months of 2011, Van Y Corp organized 4 vocational classes for 500 new workers in stages of processing frozen Pangasius. The students have to finish 94 theory periods with 6 subjects: Labour Law, Labour Safety, Seafood Materials, Seafood Processing, Food safety and hygiene and the law of machines in seafood processing. The students also spend 420 practice periods in the factory. The students who satisfy the requirements will be certified so that they can improve their skills with a deep understanding about frozen Pangasius processing, settle down their life and attach to the company. The company will continue this plan in the following years.
